Our mission at Western Valve, Inc. is to supply our customers in the compressed gas industry with prime products and services at competitive prices. Western Valve strives to be the innovator in our industry by producing the latest technology in compressed gas tube trailer valves and relief devices. This is accomplished by using state of the art equipment and procedures in the production of our products.

The Western Valve, Inc. facility covers 16,200 square foot of shop space and 3,000 square foot of office space.  Our state of the art manufacturing equipment includes CNC lathes, CNC vertical machining center, CNC Swiss machine, CNC vertical mill, and CNC horizontal machining center with a six station pallet system. Additional equipment includes an orbital welding system, helium leak detector, manual lathe, manual vertical mill, broach machine, automatic saw, a three station parts cleaning system, ping marking machine, and a laser marking machine.  

To assure customers receive superior products, all gages and measuring equipment are calibrated and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Our measuring equipment consist of over 250 ring and plug gages, and numerous calipers, and micrometers. In addition to these hand held gages, we have a state of the art metrology measurement system. This machine allows extreme accuracy with both optical and probe measurements. A very strict policy of quality control is followed before any parts are shipped to our customers.

Western Valve products are manufactured in accordance with CGA guidelines. Our valves and pressure relief devices are specifically manufactured for DOT and UN tube trailers and ISO MEGCs. 

Western Valve also supplies component parts for the ASME vessel industry. However, our designed rupture disc devices are not applicable to the ASME vessel. Please contact us for direction about these type relief devices.
